The Constitutional Court has ruled that the TRIPP agreement complies with the Constitution. Factor TV was informed of this by the External Relations Department of the Constitutional Court.

The hearing, which began yesterday at the Constitutional Court, lasted several hours and has concluded. The full decision will be published within three days.

As a reminder, yesterday the Constitutional Court examined the issue of the TRIPP agreement’s compliance with the Constitution. If the Constitutional Court recognizes the obligations under the international treaty as being in compliance with the Constitution, it will be sent to the National Assembly for ratification.
